Klaudio Aliaj is the Founder & Director of Coaching at Eagle Stars Soccer Academy—a skills-based development academy focused on building confident, technically strong players.
Klaudio believes that real confidence in soccer starts with mastery of the ball. Every session is designed to improve ball control, 1v1 ability, decision-making, and game awareness, so players feel comfortable in any situation on the field. This approach helps players not only perform better, but truly enjoy the game and express themselves with confidence.
He creates a positive and structured environment where players are encouraged to take risks, learn from mistakes, and grow step by step. Parents can trust that their child is developing real, transferable skills, along with discipline, resilience, and a strong understanding of the game.

Klaudio's Playing Experience
Former professional player in Albania, and Albanian Youth National Team member (U14–U17), competing at high levels in Europe and later continuing semi-professional play in the United States.
Coaching Experience
Director of Coaching and academy leader with experience across youth, select, and semi-professional levels. Klaudio has built structured development programs focused on long-term player growth, technical excellence, and game intelligence.
